The company was established to:

- Consolidate existing knowledge on how best to provide tenancy and property management practices that are sensitive and response to the diverse needs of women and families;
- Grow the range and increase availability of housing products for women and children;
- Provide a specialist option for domestic and family violence services seeking a property manager for transitional housing
Address Housing manages housing in Greater Western Sydney, the Hunter and Mid North Coast regions.
The 97 properties we manage are part of the portfolio of the Land and Housing Corporation, the property division of Family and Community Services.
As a community housing provider, we manage these properties with the goal of providing affordable homes, and maintenance services that meet the needs of our community. As a specialist provider, we are focused on the needs of women and children who have experienced domestic violence. We do this work in partnership with a range of other non government organisations and government agencies.
