The founder of Integrity Corporate Finance Group and the woman you want on your side of the negotiating table.
Debbie established Integrity Corporate Finance Group in 1997 with one clear mission: to eradicate the unethical practices that were plaguing the financial services industry.
Dubbed as ‘the Erin Brockovich of the finance and business community, Debbie built her reputation on protecting her clients from unethical contracts, in the process saving them millions of dollars.
With a 30-year executive management career in banking and finance, Debbie knows the inner workings of the banking system better than anyone else.
For the past 20 years, she has passionately campaigned for industry regulation and has negotiated on behalf of hundreds of clients across Australia.
Integrity Corporate Finance Group clients include major universities, FMCG brands, councils and government departments as well over
300 licensed clubs and hotels and various not-for-profit groups.
Debbie has been a trusted and long-standing tender manager and advisor to Marrickville council and Tweed Shire Council since
the early 2000’s and delivered a procurement tender of $66.8 million for the Ballina Shire Council Wastewater Upgrade.
Debbie is a highly sought after conference speaker and workshop facilitator on the topics of ethical business practices, demystifying finance for business and her personal story of climbing the ladder in the male-dominated banking industry of the 1980s and 90s.
Debbie is also a long-standing advocate and fund-raiser for the disadvantaged, a recipient of the Pride of Australia Award, and a three-time nominee for Business Woman of the Year.
